Description

Uralione I is a polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol (PPAP) found in the whole plant of Hypericum uralum. Uralione I can be used for research on depression^[1].

Uralione I (compound 9) (0.1-10.0 μM; 48 h) does not confer significant protection against Corticosterone (HY-B1618)-induced injury in PC12 cells, with cell viabilities remaining near the 55.6% baseline of the Corticosterone-injured model^[1].
