Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS) is a balanced salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells, diluting cells and preparing reagents.
MCE DPBS Buffer (1×) has been filtered and is ready to use for general purposes in cell culture. The reagent is free of Mg2+, Ca2+ and phenol red, pH is 7.0-7.3.
Protocol
Direct Use
1. This product is a ready-to-use 1× DPBS buffer and has been filtered. No dilution is required.
2. It may be used directly for cell washing, cell dilution, sample dilution, and reagent preparation.
3. Remove the required amount under aseptic conditions and avoid contaminating the original bottle.
Note: The product is free of Mg2+, Ca2+, and phenol red, with a pH of 7.0-7.3. Store at 4°C.
