WDR5-IN-9

WDR5-IN-9 (Example 12) is a WDR5 inhibitor. WDR5-IN-9 binds to the conserved "Win" motif (WDR5 interaction motif) binding site on WDR5, disrupting the assembly of the WRAD complex, thereby inhibiting H3K4 methylation and preventing overexpression of aberrant target genes. WDR5-IN-9 can be used for cancer research.
