Zarutatug  (Synonyms: TORL-3-600 antibody)

Zarutatug (TORL-3-600 antibody) is an IgG1κ humanized antibody targeting cadherin 17 (CDH17). It selectively binds to cell-surface CDH17, triggering endocytosis and trafficking to lysosomes. Zarutatug can be used to construct ADCs, such as TORL-3-600^[1].

TORL-3-600 induces tumor regression and inhibits tumor growth in CDH17-positive colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer models. Zarutatug is well tolerated in mice, with no dose-limiting toxicity observed at the tested doses^[1].
