Cyclic ZD2 peptide exhibits moderate binding affinity to the EDB-FN protein fragment with a Kd of 11 μM as measured by surface plasmon resonance[1].
Linear ZD2 peptide conjugated to Gd(HP-DO3A) exhibits higher binding affinity to the EDB-FN protein fragment with a Kd of 1.7 μM as measured by surface plasmon resonance[1].
Linear ZD2 peptide conjugated to Gd(HP-DO3A) as ZD2-N3-Gd(HP-DO3A) (MT218) exhibits moderate binding affinity to the EDB-FN protein fragment with a Kd of 3.45 μM as measured by surface plasmon resonance[1].
Cyclic ZD2 peptide specifically binds to EDB-FN in aggressive human prostate cancer sections, as confirmed by competitive blocking with an anti-EDB-FN monoclonal antibody[1].
