Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
2-Hydroxybenzonitrile (0.09-0.30 M) conversion to its oxyanion causes distinct IR spectral, structural, and electronic changes that are accurately described by ab initio and DFT calculations, with the B3LYP 6-31+G(d,p) method providing the closest match to experimental deprotonation energy values[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
