2-Thio-2'-deoxycytidine-5'-triphosphate (400-800 µM; 45 min) is efficiently incorporated opposite both G and O6-MeG by Dpo4, showing similar efficiency to dCTP opposite the lesion[1].
2-Thio-2'-deoxycytidine-5'-triphosphate displays an improved selectivity for incorporation opposite O6-MeG by Dpo4 without a significant loss of efficiency compared to dCTP[1].
