3BP-3580 TFA (compound 11) is a conjugate targeting FAP that binds to FAP-positive cells via the FAPI moiety and internalizes, delivering the payload to FAP-expressing cells, thereby inhibiting RA FLS proliferation, migration, and invasion, reducing inflammatory cytokine expression, and suppressing pannus formation. 3BP-3580 TFA can be used for research on rheumatoid arthritis.
