6-TAMRA-SE (6-TAMRA-NHS ester) is an amine-reactive form of tetramethylrhodamine. 6-TAMRA-SE (soluble in DMF and DMSO, absorption=546, emission=576 measured in MeOH =9.5×104 =9.5×104)[1][3].
