M2 ion channel blocker-1 (compound 7) (0.01-1000 μM; >30 s) inhibits WT M2 ion channels expressed in 293T-rex cells with an IC50 of 18.9 μM, inhibits M2S31N-L26I mutant ion channels with an IC50 of 112.1 μM, and has an undetermined IC50 for M2S31N mutant ion channels[1].
M2 ion channel blocker-1 (72 h) shows low cytotoxicity to 293T-rex cells expressing WT, S31N mutant, and S31N-L26I mutant M2 ion channels with CC50 values of 463.1 μM, 399.7 μM, and >500 μM, respectively[1].
