DeepRed Nucleus Dye is a novel cell permeant and far red-fluorescing DNA probe. DeepRed Nucleus Dye excites at a wavelength of 647 nm, close to the Ex, and produces a fluorescence spectrum extending from 665 nm out to beyond 780 nm wavelengths. DeepRed Nucleus Dye fluorescence reflects cellular DNA content. DeepRed Nucleus Dye can be used in combination with FITC and RPE-labelled antibodies, without the need for fluorescence compensation.

5-FITC tyramide is a green fluorescent dye composed of FITC (HY-66019) and tyramide (Ex=488 nm, Em=525 nm). 5-FITC tyramide is utilized as reporter fluorescent substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-catalyzed deposition for tyramide signal amplification (TSA). 5-FITC tyramide can be used for multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIHC).

Aza-CyBz is a NaCl-responsive near-infrared heptamethine cyanine fluorescent probe. Aza-CyBz has an excitation wavelength of 740 nm and detects signals in the range of 760-900 nm. NaCl induces Aza-CyBz to form ordered aggregates, resulting in fluorescence quenching. Aza-CyBz shows no obvious response to interfering substances such as plant carbohydrates, hormones, PEG and ROS. Aza-CyBz can enter plant mitochondria and reflect changes in their salt concentration, and can be used for visual imaging of salt stress in Arabidopsis thaliana root tips and living plants.

Dabcyl-YVADAPV-EDANS is a fluorogenic interleukin-1β converting enzyme (ICE) substrate for measuring ICE-like protease activity. Dabcyl-YVADAPV-EDANS detects fluorescence at 360 nm excitation and 480 nm emission wavelengths. ICE-like protease is a critical mediator of K⁺ deprivation-induced apoptosis of cerebellar granule neurons.

WazaGaY-1 is an aza-BODIPY derivative, functions as a NIR-I/NIR-II fluorescent contrast agent. WazaGaY-1 undergoes internalization into tumor cells predominantly via clathrin-coated pits. WazaGaY-1 can be used for the research of glioblastoma, ovarian carcinoma and melanoma (Ex/Em = 685/820 nm).

JF630-HTL is a fluorogenic Janelia Fluor (JF) Si-rhodamine HaloTag ligand. JF630-HTL covalently labels HaloTag fusion proteins in living cells. JF630-HTL displays low fluorescence in the unbound state, but exhibits a marked fluorescence enhancement upon binding to HaloTag. JF630-HTL can be used for live-cell imaging applications.

SHP2-IN-38 is a novel green-fluorescent SHP2 inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 2.89 μM (SHP2), 8.73 μM (SHP1), 11.08 μM (PTP1B), 33.07 μM (TCPTP). SHP2-IN-38 blocks the SHP2-mediated ERK signaling pathway and inhibits MV4-11 cells proliferation in vitro with IC₅₀ of 7.90 μM. SHP2-IN-38 has an excitation wavelength of 360 nm, with a maximum emission wavelength of 550 nm in DMSO and 540 nm in DMF. SHP2-IN-38 shows green fluorescence imaging in HeLa cells and zebrafish.
