AChE-IN-114 (Compound 2v) (10 μM) acts as a mixed type inhibitor of electric eel acetylcholinesterase with a Ki of 12.19-21.46 μM, shows minimal butyrylcholinesterase inhibition, and is non-cytotoxic to multiple human tumor and non-malignant mouse fibroblast cell lines with an EC50 >30 μM[1].
