ADU-1604

ADU-1604 is a humanized IgG1 CTLA-4 antibody. ADU-1604 binds to a unique epitope on CTLA-4 and achieves full blockade of both CD80 and CD86 interactions. ADU-1604 enhances human T cell responses.
