AIMP2-DX2-IN-1 (Compound 35) (0-1 μM, 96 h) shows inhibitory activity against A549 and H460 cells without toxicity for normal cells[1].
AIMP2-DX2-IN-1 showes very poor metabolic stability and good plasma stability in both human and mouse, and CYP inhibition need to be improved[1].
