Biological Activity
Antibacterial agent 323 (Compound 8f) is inactive against all tested Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains with MIC50 >128 μg/mL[1].
Antibacterial agent 323 does not effectively sensitize Gram-negative bacterial strains to Rifampicin (HY-B0272) except for mild improvement in some Acinetobacter baumannii strains[1].
