Western blot analysis of extracts from U87(lane 2(20μg) or lane 3(40μg)), using CD73 (HY-P80388) Mouse mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HY-P80388, 1/1000) and Loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80954, 1/3000) was used in 5% BSA in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleotide monophosphates, releasing inorganic phosphate and the corresponding nucleoside, with AMP being the preferred substrate (PubMed:21933152, PubMed:22997138, PubMed:23142347, PubMed:24887587, PubMed:34403084). Shows a preference for ribonucleotide monophosphates over their equivalent deoxyribose forms (PubMed:34403084).
