Anticancer agent 146 (compound 1.19) is a necroptosis inducer. Anticancer agent 146 has anti-tumor efficacy in the mouse MDA-MB-231 xenograft model^[1].

In Vitro

Anticancer agent 146 (compound 1.19) inhibits different cancer cell lines with IC₅₀s of 8.54 μM (MDA-MB-231), 4.24 μM (MCF7), 4.67 μM (4T1), 8.02 μM ( 67NR), 3.36 μM (MIAPaCa-2), and 1.76 μM (WiDr)^[1].
