Anticancer agent 313
Anticancer agent 313 is a MetAP2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 4.11 μM. Anticancer agent 313 activates the transcription factor ATF4 via a non-canonical mTORC1-dependent pathway. Anticancer agent 313 inhibits cancer cell proliferation. Anticancer agent 313 is applicable to the research of breast cancer and pancreatic cancer.

MetAp2 |
Anticancer agent 313 (compound 3) (72 h) inhibits the proliferation of 67nr, 4T1, MDA-MB-231, BxPC3 and MIA PaCa-2 cancer cell lines[1].
Anticancer agent 313 induces ATF4 expression in 67nr, MDA-MB-231 and MIA PaCa-2 cancer cell lines via an mTORC1-dependent non-canonical (eIF2α phosphorylation-independent) mechanism, but has no such effect in 4T1 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
