Anticancer agent 74 has low cytotoxicity in HepG2 (IC50: 72.27 μM), A549 (IC50: 70.79 μM), HuCCA-1 (IC50: 70.42 μM) and MOLT-3 (IC50: 20.71 μM) cell lines. Anticancer agent 74 has low selectivity in HepG2 (IC50: 0.88 μM), A549 (IC50: 5.08 μM), HuCCA-1 (IC50: 5.11 μM) and MOLT-3 (IC50: 17.39 μM) cell lines[1].
