Antileishmanial agent-10 (Compound 7h) shows antiprotozoal and cytotoxic activities with IC50 values of 1.1±0.4, 0.4±0.2, 3.4±1.0 and 3.6±0.2 μM against T.b. rhodesiense, L. donovani, P. falciparum and L6 cells, respectively[1].
