Antimalarial agent-70 (Compound 5g) (0.25-5.0 μM) exhibits the highest antimalarial activity among the tested C30-aminated Betulin (HY-N0083) derivatives against P. falciparum 3D7, achieving 100% growth inhibition at 5.0 μM[1].
Antimalarial agent-70 demonstrates potent antimalarial activity against both P. falciparum 3D7 (IC50 = 0.628 μM) and multidrug-resistant P. falciparum Dd2 (IC50 = 0.242 μM)[1].
Antimalarial agent-70 (0.0016-51 μM; 72 h) does not cause significant red blood cell lysis at concentrations up to 25 μM and only a mild hemolytic effect of 24% was observed at 51 μM[1].
Antimalarial agent-70 exhibits moderate cytotoxicity against human keratinocytes HaCaT cells with an IC50 value of 4.2 μM[1].
