Biological Activity
Aranose has higher activity towards plasma cytoma MOPC-406 and spontaneous leukemia in AKR mice in comparison with Carmustine (HY-13585)[1].
Aranose (a single dose of 150-200 mg/kg, intramuscularly injected 5 times every 24 h) significantly increased life span in mice with all four leukemia types[1].
