As-358 (compound 3b) (0-500 μM; 10 days) exhibits inhibitory activities against EBOV and MARV[1].
As-358 (0-100 μM; 48 hours) can inhibit WT-EboV-GP and mutant D522A-EboV-GP, with IC50s of 1.7 and 2.2 μM, respectively[1].
