Antimicrobial agent-47 (Compound 4k) (24 h) has a favourable safety profile, with CC₅₀ values of 23.56 μg/mL in THP-1 cells and 17.41 μg/mL in Vero cells, resulting in high selectivity indices (30 and 22, respectively) for antitubercular activity^[1].
