Fluopipamine
Fluopipamine is an antagonist for Cellulose Synthase 1 (CESA1) with an IC50 of 0.78 μM. Fluopipamine leads a decrease in glucose uptake into cellulose and hyperaccumulation of CESAs at the PM in etiolated Arabidopsis seedlings.

Biologische Aktivität
Fluopipamine (20-100 μM) causes aberrant phenotype in Arabidopsis, such as short root, ectopic lignification and etiolation inhibition[1].
Fluopipamine (20 μM) reduces the incorporation of radiolabeled glucose into cellulose cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
