Ogremorphin (1-5 µM) can reduce the release of inflammatory factors induced by lipopolysaccharide or acidosis in human pulmonary artery endothelial cells, and inhibit inflammatory responses[1]. Ogremorphin (5 µM, 5 days) can inhibit the migration of human melanoma WM-115 cells[2]. Ogremorphin (0-100 µM, 72 h) can induce ferroptosis and inhibit tumor cell viability in glioblastoma U87 cells by promoting the expression of iron death related markers and mediators[3]. Ogremorphin (0-100 µM) can reduce the survival rate of patient derived cell lines (PDX and neurospheres), with LC50 value of 0.42-2.7 µM[3].
