ORS-14
ORS-14 is a LILRB4/ILT3 ligand with a Kd of 85.2 nM for human receptors. ORS-14 blocks SCG2-mediated LILRB4 signaling pathway, reverses SCG2-mediated immunosuppression, restores cytokine production, reduces tumor cell viability, recovers cytotoxic T cell function, and increases the frequency of granzyme B+ CD8+ T cells. ORS-14 can be used in research related to colorectal cancer and acute myeloid leukemia.

ORS-14 reverses the immunosuppressive effect mediated by SCG2 in the co-culture system of PBMC and HCT116 colorectal cancer cells, restores cytokine secretion and reduces tumor cell viability[1].
ORS-14 reverses the SCG2-mediated immunosuppressive effect in the co-culture system of PBMC and THP-1 AML, restores IFN-γ secretion, enhances cytotoxic T cell activity, and reduces tumor cell viability[1].
