SB1349 is a molecular glucose degrading agent that targets the Lin28 protein. SB1349 can effectively induce proteasome dependent degradation of Lin28A and Lin28B. SB1349 can increase the level of mature let-7 miRNA, downregulate the oncogenes targeted by let-7, and effectively induce the differentiation of neuroblastoma cells.
