Trisodium phosphate
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Trisodium phosphate is a food additive. Trisodium phosphate affects the growth parameters (lag phase, maximum growth rate) of Listeria monocytogenes and increases the sensitivity of Gram-negative bacteria to Lysozyme (HY-P1068) and Nisin (HY-P1607).

Biologische Aktivität
Trisodium phosphate (0.5%-1.5% (w/v); 48 h) in the experiment of culturing Listeria monocytogenes in tryptic soy broth (TSB) medium, the 0.5% concentration results in the shortest lag phase and the highest maximum growth rate of the bacterium, the 1.5% concentration leads to the longest lag phase and the lowest maximum growth rate[1].
Trisodium phosphate (0.5-100 mM; 10 min) can significantly increase the sensitivity of Gram-negative bacteria to Lysozyme (HY-P1068) and Nisin (HY-P1607)[2].
