B3GNT2-IN-1 (Compound 8j) inhibits purified B3GNT2 enzyme with an IC50 of 0.009 μM, and exerts no significant inhibitory effect on purified B3GNT4 enzyme[1].
B3GNT2-IN-1 inhibits B3GNT2-dependent poly-N-acetyllactosamine production in Jurkat cells, with an IC50 of 1.1 μM[1].
