Barzolvolimab (WT IgG1) (HY-P99462) is a humanized anti-KIT IgG1 monoclonal antibody that retains the natural wild-type Fc and possesses complete antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) effector functions.
