BChE-IN-52 is a selective butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.25 μM against horse serum-derived BChE. BChE-IN-52 exhibits weak antioxidant activity, shows no mutagenicity, and displays photochemical instability under UV irradiation. BChE-IN-52 can be used in the research of Alzheimer's disease.
