In Vitro

Guidelines[1] (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1. Treat cells with 5 μM BODIPY TR Ceramide in the medium for 30 min at 4°C.
2. Wash cells with cold growth media.
3. Further incubate for 30 min at 37°C.
4. Wash cells three times with growth media.
5. Image the cells (Ex=589 nm, Em=616 nm).
