Bz-VGR-AMC
Bz-VGR-AMC is a fluorescent substrate for the trypsin-like activity of the 20S proteasome. Bz-VGR-AMC can be used to measure the trypsin-like (β2) activity of the 20S proteasome (Ex/Em = 360/460 nm).

Biological Activity
Guide (The following is our recommended protocol. This protocol is only a guide and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1. Take the tissue sample to be tested, dilute it with ddH2O, and mix it with the reaction buffer (250 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 5 mM EDTA, 0.5% NP-40, 0.01% SDS, 5 mM ATP).
2. Add the fluorescent peptide Bz-VGR-AMC (10 μM) to the sample.
3. Incubate the reaction at 37°C for 30 minutes.
4. Monitor the fluorescence on a fluorescence microplate reader at a wavelength of Ex/Em = 360/460 nm.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
