PSB-10211 inhibits human P2Y₂ receptor-mediated calcium mobilization with an IC₅₀ of 24.3 μM, shows inhibitory activity with an IC₅₀ of ~10 μM at human P2Y₄ receptors, and shows inhibitory activity at concentrations >10 μM at rat P2Y₆ receptors^[1].
