NFAT Inhibitor-1 treatment significantly inhibits nuclear translocation of NFATc1 for 24 hours. Long-term treatment with NFAT Inhibitor-1 significantly inhibits the cytoplasmic levels of cathepsin K, TRAP, and MMP-9[2].
