GCase modulator-2 (Compound 1) is a glucocerebrosidase (GCase) modulator. GCase modulator-2 can be used in the research of Gaucher's disease and Parkinson's disease^[1].

In Vitro

Glucocerebrosidase (GCase, encoded by the GBA gene) is a lysosomal β-glucosidase responsible for the hydrolytic degradation of glucocerebroside, and its deficiency causes Gaucher's disease.
