FES
FES encodes a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that is the cellular homolog of v-fes, the transforming gene of feline sarcoma viruses, and is the prototypical member of the Fer family. FES contains an N-terminal F-BAR coiled-coil, an SH2 domain and a kinase domain, and is activated by cytokine receptors such as those for IL-3, IL-4, GM-CSF and erythropoietin. It is predominantly expressed in myeloid cells, where it promotes terminal granulocytic differentiation and contributes to innate immunity and vascular remodeling. Unlike v-FES, cellular FES suppresses transformation in many models and can function as a tumor suppressor, with reduced expression documented in colorectal and other cancers.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
