TPG-20A shows CC50 values >100 μM against VeroE6 and HeLaACE2-TMPRSS2 cells[1].
TPG-20A shows IC50 values of 7.1 and 42.9 nM against SARS-CoV-2 Mpro and MERS-CoV Mpro[1].
