Uric acid (Standard) is the analytical standard of Uric acid (HY-B2130). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Uric acid is a scavenger of oxygen free radicals and a very important antioxidant that helps maintain stable blood pressure and resist oxidative stress. Uric acid can scavenge ROS, such as singlet oxygen and peroxynitrite, and inhibit lipid peroxidation. Uric acid can be used as a modeling agent in research on hyperuricemia-induced hypertension models.
