Biological Activity: Tolazoline (Imidaline) is an α-adrenergic receptor antagonist. Tolazoline inhibits Noradrenaline (HY-13715)-induced cell contraction, modulates vascular resistance, increases arterial pressure, and reverses bradycardia and tachypnea.
