Plumericin reduces Apoptosis, promotes Nrf-2 and inhibits NF-κB and AhR activation, blocks STAT3 signaling. Plumericin inhibits Mycobacterium tuberculosis growth. Plumericin can be used for the research of chronic kidney disease, vascular diseases, inflammatory bowel diseases, peritonitis, and tuberculosis[1][2][3][4][5][6].
