Cyclovirobuxine D induces autophagy and attenuates the phosphorylation of Akt and mTOR[1]. Cyclovirobuxine D inhibits cell proliferation of gastric cancer cells through suppression of cell cycle progression and inducement of mitochondria-mediated apoptosis[2].
