CAY10565
CAY10565 (Compound 3d) is a nitric oxide (NO) donor. CAY10565 releases nitric acid via an acid-catalyzed ring-opening mechanism under acidic conditions. CAY10565 induces vasodilation.

Biological Activity
CAY10565 (0.8 mM) exhibits a decomposition half-life of 130 min in acidic (pH 5.0) aqueous buffer at 37 °C, making it one of the most stable analogs tested under these conditions[1].
CAY10565 (20 mM) releases nitric oxide under acidic conditions (pH 5.0) with a yield of approximately 9%, a process detectable by the EPR spin-trapping method using [(MGD)2FeII]; it does not release NO under neutral pH conditions[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
