Biological Activity
Guide (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
Cell viability assay[1]:
1. Adds 5 μM CellTracker Orange CMRA Dye to each sample at 27-33°C for 30 min to label sample.
2. Centrifuges cells 1000 g for 10 min, resuspends cell pellet in pre-warmed 10% iFCS RPMI (3*107cells/Ml).
3. Incubates cells at 27-33°C for 30 min.
4. Centrifuges cells 1000 g for 10 min and wash with pre-warmed PBS without Ca2+ and Mg2+.
5. Centrifuges cells 1000 g for 10 min and cells resuspends in pre-warmed 10% iFCS RPMI.
6. Measure fluorescence intensity (Ex=548 nm, Em=576 nm).
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
