4F-Docetaxel shows cytotoxic activity against several tumor cell lines, with IC50s of 0.049 μM (95-D), 0.070 μM (SKOV3), 0.958 μM (HCT-116), 0.021 μM (HepG2), 0.022 μM (Bel-7402), 0.014 μM (SMMC-7721), 0.011 μM (SGC-7901), 0.043 μM (MDA-MB-231), 0.017 μM (A2780), 0.012 μM (KB), 0.006 μM (HL-60), 6.6 μM (U2OS), respectively[1].
