In Vitro

Glucomoringin (1.52 mg/mL; 24 h) bioactivated to GMG-ITC potently inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus ATCC BAA-977 (inhibition halo of 25 mm) and Enterococcus casseliflavus ATCC 700327, shows no activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC BAA-1026, and does not inhibit Candida albicans ATCC 14053 growth in vitro^[1].
