IOR-T3

IOR-T3 is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD3, with biological activities related to T cell activation regulation. IOR-T3 (1 h) potently binds to CD3 on human PBMCs, with equivalent antigen-binding capacity to its chimeric variants T3q and T3q(Ala=Ala)^[1].
IOR-T3 (70-100 μg/mL; 7 days) does not inhibit the growth of human non-small-cell lung carcinoma H125 cells when used at 100 μg/mL for 7 days^[2].
