Application of karrikinolide (1-100 nM) during the in vitro propagation stage improves post-transplant growth parameters (rooting rate, leaf and bulb size, fresh weight) of Eucomis autumnalis subsp. autumnalis plantlets after 4 months of acclimatization, and increases the total accumulation of isoprenoid-type cytokinins in the plantlets^[1].
