UR-MB108 potently inhibits ABCG2-mediated Hoechst 33342 efflux in MCF-7/Topo cells with an IC₅₀ of 79 nM and a maximal inhibitory effect of 91%, and shows no inhibitory activity against ABCB1 or ABCC1 transporters^[1].
